I run <a href=\"https:\/\/braveenough.learnworlds.com\/course\/adhdreset\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ADHD Groups.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>I integrate:<\/p>\n<p>Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)<\/p>\n<p>Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)<\/p>\n<p>Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gathercounselling.com\/emdr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Feminist Narrative Therapy\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gathercounselling.com\/relationship-therapy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gottman (Relationship Therapy)<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0&amp;\u00a0Trauma-Informed Mindfulness.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>I also do\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gathercounselling.com\/hormonereadiness\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hormone Readiness Assessments<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Activism, humility, and advocacy are important parts of my life and my commitment to my clients.
